Carol Simpson

Carol Simpson, age 81, passed away December 20, 2023. She was born May 23, 1942 to George and Virgina (Ellis) Knudsen in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Simpson; brother, Gary Knudsen; granddaughter, Amber; infant great great granddaughter, Sophia.

Carol is survived by children, Janie (Bill) Vanderpool, Cindy Simpson, Tami (Rod) Kammrad, Susan (Cliff) Ottesen, Kevin Simpson (Suzy); sister, Georgia (Guy) McCombs;14 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchild; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The family will direct memorials.
