Carolyn Anne Ashman

Carolyn Anne Ashman Age 84 of Council Bluffs, IA passed away July 15, 2023. She was born in Council Bluffs on April 8, 1939 to Alfred and Martha (Green) Fiala. Carolyn graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in the class of 1956. She married Harold Ashman on May 17, 1961 in Council Bluffs. They were blessed with a daughter, Elizabeth Rose. Carolyn had a strong faith and loved her church and especially her daughter, Elizabeth.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold; brother, Franklin Fiala and special friend, Robert Neilson.

She will be remembered by her daughter, Elizabeth and numerous family and friends.

A Celebration of her life will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 24, 2023 at Broadway United Methodist Church, 11 S 1st St, Council Bluffs.

Inurnment will be at Hazel Dell Cemetery.
