Chad P. Colburn, 39 years, Omaha died June 22, 2018. He was born May 8, 1979 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to John and Mary Jane (Owens) Colburn. He was a registered nurse and was working at the Veterans Hospital.
He is survived by his daughter, Kaylee Colburn; his father, John P. Colburn and his mother, Mary Jane Colburn; grandmother, Helen Robinson; brother, Stephen Colburn and his wife,Tatiana.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 5:30PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
