Charles "Chuck" Bell

Charles Chuck Bell Jr., age 68, of Council Bluffs passed away at his home on July 19, 2015. He was born in Preston, Georgia on October 26, 1946 to the late Charles and Anna Mae Bell Sr. Chuck is survived by his wife, Cindy Bell; children, Charles A. Bell, Christopher A. Bell, Melissa Birnbeck, Jennifer Taylor, 2 grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11:00a.m. on Saturday at the Midwest Family Worship Center 2540 6th Avenue Council Bluffs. The family will direct memorials.
