Chastity A. Herridge, age 51, passed away on May 31, 2025.

She was born November 22, 1973 in Fort Dodge, IA.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Michelle Sweeney; dad, Thomas Martin; son, Vincent Flanagan; nephew, Thomas "Fart Cookie" Martin.

Chastity is survived by her parents, Pat & Gina Sweeney; brother, Shane Martin; daughter, Em Mulhall; son and daughter-in-law, Zack & Haley Flanagan and their children, Brielle & Jameson; daughter and son-in-law, Alyssa Flanagan & Cody Kempton and their children, Layla & Rylee; daughter, Bailey Flanagan; beloved dog, Nala.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
