She was born on October 5, 1944, in Council Bluffs, Iowa to the late Clement and Elsie (Fleer) Rowe.
Cheryl was a longtime member of the Faith Community Bible Church in Neola, Iowa.
Cheryl is survived her husband of 62 years, Victor Dennis Williams; children, Dan, Tammy and Kris and their families; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family will be having a Private Gathering at a Later Date.
