Christopher Lloyd Danielsen

Christopher Lloyd "Chris" Danielsen, age 40, passed away on May 22, 2026. He was born on November 1, 1985, in Sioux City, Iowa.

Chris graduated from Missouri Valley High School and continued learning life skills through the Crossroads Program and later the Trivium Program, where he built friendships and enjoyed being part of the community around him.

Chris was raised with deep love and care by his grandmother, who played a special role throughout his life. One of his greatest comforts was hearing the song Jesus Loves Me sung by Grandma.

He was preceded in death by father, Dan Danielsen; grandfather, Lloyd Danielsen; half- brother, Matthew Danielsen.

Chris is survived by his grandma, Norma Danielsen; brother, Jeremiah Danielsen; half brother, Dan (Jenna) Danielsen Jr.; aunts and uncles, Roxanne (Ted) Pruitt, Janet (Tom) McIntosh, Richard (Fritrena) Danielsen, Loretta (Virgil) Schroder; his father's lifelong parter, Jan Kerkhove; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Interment is in Ridgewood Cemetery.
