Cleo Blanchard

Cleo A. Blanchard, age 83, passed away at Northcrest Living Center on June 15, 2025.

She was born June 20, 1941, to the late Gustav and Barbara Kuster in Spencer, IA. Cleo graduated from Tri-Center High School, with the Class of 1960.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Blanchard; brother, Cleone "Dutch" Kuster; sister, Corinne Kuster; infant sister, Jolene.

Cleo is survived by her children, George (Tammy) Blanchard, Chancey Blanchard, Barbara Rennie, Keith Blanchard, Scott Blanchard Sr., Melissa (Andy Boell) Blanchard, Sarah (Patrick) Opal, and Jennifer (Angel) Blanchard; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
