Connie R Meyers

Connie R. Meyers, age 81, passed away at Methodist Hospital on August 7, 2026.

She was born March 27, 1945, to the late John and Ella Mae (Smith) Points in Council Bluffs, IA. Connie graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1963.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garry Meyers; sisters, Sharon James, Tonya Stutheit, and LaNette Rolfe; brother, John R. Points.

Connie is survived by children, Jennifer Hedges (Jeffrey) and Holly Baker; siblings, Patricia Parks, Carol Morgal, and Mary Jo Chunka; grandchildren, Jacob Hedges (Amber), Aaron Baker (Kaylin Grego), Cameron Baker (Emma Evers), Saraya Baker, Jessica Hedges, Joshua Hedges, Jordan Hedges, Jared Hedges, Alec Hedges, and Tyson Baker; great grandchildren, Tristan Hedges, Aidan Hedges, Jaxton Baker, Bryson Baker, and Amaya Baker; nieces and nephews; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM with special remarks at 6:30 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, August 14, 2026. Memorials are suggested to Wounded Warriors.
