Darlene Y. Monk

Darlene Monk, age 76, passed away June 25, 2022. She was born March 20, 1946.
Darlene lived in California until the 1966 when she married Frank Monk. From California she moved to various places in Council Bluffs and Omaha. Darlene enjoyed watching General Hospital,CSI Crime Scene Investigation, Nascar and cartoons with the grandkids. She loved playing Mahjong on the computer. Her kids Dan and Don and grandkids Anthony, Kory and Tara and Zayn (Aka baby Danny) and great grandkids Braxton, Lilly and Everly were her pride and joy.

Darlene is survived by her children, Donald (Lori) Monk, Daniel Monk; siblings, Austin (Cheryl) Davis, Billey Bethany, Lois Faye-Peralta (Lou Peralta), Jeannelle Davis- Sweeney, Regina Davis Rogers, Martha (Jerry Guthary), grandchildren, Anthony, Kory and Tara and Zayn (Aka baby Danny) and great grandkids Braxton, Lilly and Everly; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
