Darlyne Mullin

Darlyne Faye Mullin, age 91, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital on November 25, 2025. She was born September 19, 1934, to the late Howard and Opal (Metcalf) Beaman in Dow City, IA. Darlyne graduated high school from Mondamin. She worked for many years at Hinky Dinky Grocery Store, later known as Jubilee and had been a longtime member of First Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Mills; grandson, Patrick Mills; siblings, Howard Beaman Jr., Joan Tufly, Donna Bingham, and Larry Beaman.

Darlyne is survived by her husband of 73 years, William Charles Mullin; children, Terry Mullin (Kellie), Shari Sedlak (Mike), and Sandi Milner (Scott); son-in-law, Dan Mills; grandchildren and great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family will direct memorials in Darlyne's honor.
