David E. Franks

David WIMP E. Franks, age 62 of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away November 24, 2012. He was born in Council Bluffs on January 18, 1950 to the late Clinton & Goldie (Thompson) Franks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Al Franks; sister, Violet Franks. He is survived by his wife, Jodie Franks; children, Kimberly Franks, Susan DeSantiago (Steve), Sandie Buckingham (George), Rhawnie Merz (Kevin), Jessica Franks (Jeremiah); brothers, Richard Franks (Roxy), Terry Franks (Pam); sisters, Wilda Thomas, Joyce Horner (Barry); 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. Visitation is Tuesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral is Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment is in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
