Deloris Christensen

Deloris M. Christensen, age 98, passed away peacefully at Bethany Lutheran Home October 14, 2025.

She was born March 1, 1927, to the late Charles and Gertrude (Minchow) Bell. Deloris retired as the meal site manager at Regal Towers and was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Harvey Christensen; son, David Christensen; brothers, Arlin Bell, Vernon Bell, and Charles Bell; grandson, Michael Creason; son-in-law, Ray Kanger.

Deloris is survived by her daughter, Sandy Kanger (Alan Weeces); son and daughter-in-law, Gary & Anne Christensen; sister, Kathleen Kerns; grandchildren, Michaela Lewis (Steve), Ashley Mathews (Ted), and Chelsey Weber (John); great grandchildren, Mason Lewis, Spencer Lewis, William Weber, Hallie Weber, Teddy Mathews, and Lillian Mathews; nieces, nephews, and host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, October 20, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Emanuel Lutheran Church on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Interment is in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family will direct memorials in her honor.
