Denise Ann Hockabout-Sollazzo, 51 years, passed away March 30, 2020.

She was born on December 5, 1968 to Frank and Pam (Seymour) Sollazzo in Council Bluffs, IA.

She is survived by her children, Tyler Clark (Melissa Klement), Tayler Clark (Katherinne), Zander Hockabout; Parents, Frank and Pam Sollazzo; brother, Billy Sollazzo (Cat); grandchildren, Maxwell Clark, Kolby Clark, Lilyana Clark; nephews, Sawyer, Niles and Alex Sollazzo; niece, Aleia Sollazzo; and a host of other family and friends.

A private family graveside service and visitation will be held.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
