Elizabeth Butler

d. Jul 12, 2026

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Butler, who passed away peacefully on 07/12/2026, at the age of 50.

Elizabeth was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness, strength, and unconditional love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She lived a life centered around family, always putting the people she loved before herself and finding joy in supporting those around her.

Above all else, she was a proud and loving mother. She never missed an opportunity to cheer on her children, whether it was from the sidelines of a soccer game, in the audience at a cheer competition, orchestra concert, or state music competition, or after countless hours spent traveling to band trips, jazz band performances, and all-day craft fairs. She gave her time freely, celebrated every accomplishment, and created a lifetime of memories through her unwavering love and support. Her presence was a constant source of encouragement, and she made every milestone feel special.

One of her greatest blessings was becoming a grandmother to two amazing grandsons. In her final week of life, she was able to meet her newest grandson, Vinny, and spend precious time with her grandson, Osiris. Those moments brought immeasurable joy to her heart and will forever be treasured by our family. Though her time with them was far too short, the love she had for both of her grandsons was immediate, unconditional, and undeniable. The memories they shared, however brief, will remain a lasting reminder of the deep love that defined her life.

She will be remembered for her generous heart, her resilience, her compassion, her indomitable strength, and the way she made those around her feel loved. Whether offering advice, lending a listening ear, or simply being present when someone needed her, she had a remarkable gift for making others feel seen and cared for. Her final advice for the world is to never eat yellow snow

She is survived by her loving family, including her daughters Hannah, Hailey and Caitlyn, her Mother, Nancy, her sister Amanda, her Niece Caroline, her Nephew Christopher, and her grandchildren Osiris and Vincent, who will carry her memory in their hearts every day. She was preceded in death by her father Richard Jolliff.

While our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in the countless memories she gave us and the love she leaves behind. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the family she cherished, and the values she instilled in those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family in her memory and to fund her celebration of life.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
