Ernest C. Gaines, age 62, passed away May 27, 2014 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; children and step-children, Trisha Ryland, Davianna Berry, John Gaines, Joshua Nelson, Darrell Clingenpeel, Jeremy Clingenpeel; 13 grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Memorial service is Monday June 2, at 11:00 a.m. at the Gospel Satellite Church 1470 South 13th Street in Omaha.
