Eva May Phifer Age 78 of Council Bluffs passed away January 20, 2023. She was born on November 13, 1944 in Red Oak, Iowa to Leo and Dorothy (Bigley) Duncan. She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; brother, Kenneth Duncan and great-grandson, Austin Cozad.
She is survived by daughters, Linda Dygert & (companion Johnnie), Brenda Cozad (Steven) and Kathy Kennedy; sons, Troy Finley and Alan DeSantiago (Shelly); step-daughter, Charloette Hackathorn (Gail); grandson, Daryl Wood (Misty); 31-grandchildren; 42-great-grandchildren; sisters, LeAnn Martin (Terry) and Betty Duncan; brother, Leo Duncan (Cindy) and many other family and friends.
Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home
Funeral Service: Noon Thursday, January 26, 2023 also at the funeral home.
Interment: Forest Lawn Cemetery.
