Galen Kephart

Galen R. Kephart, age 83, passed away peacefully at his cabin in Minnesota on June 17, 2025.

He was born March 5, 1942, to the late Ross L. and Lila K. (Fisher) Kephart. Galen retired after 50 years from Andersen Construction.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Kephart; son, Galen Kephart Jr; siblings, Ramona Gearhart, Ronald Kephart, and Gary Kephart.

Galen is survived by children, Shelly (Tim Konfrst) Thomas, Mike (Denise) Kephart, Lila (Joe) Stephens, and Heather (Mark) Olsen; siblings, Rosilea Pridgen, Carolyn Larson, Sharon (Les) Heywood, Vickie Collins; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, June 23, 2025. Interment is in Hazel Dell Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
