George L Midkiff

George L. Midkiff, age 72, passed away at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital on October 6, 2026.

He was born February 13, 1954, to the late Harold and Joyce (Morgensen) Midkiff in High Point, NC. George proudly served his country in the United Sates Army during the Vietnam War and was a career truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles "Chuck" Midkiff; sister, Lisa Stark; grandson, Kyle Butcher.

George is survived by his wife, Margie Midkiff; children, Charity Hathaway (Tony), Wendy Turner (Bill), Sara Mitchell, Andrea Midkiff, and Jordan Midkiff; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The family will direct memorials.
