Gilrene E. Kinney

Gilrene Kinney, age 86, passed away August 14, 2021. She was born September 10, 1934 to the late Gilbert and Colleen (Dimmock) Mueller in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steve Kinney; sisters, Judy Matzen and Kathy Harbold.

Gilrene is survived by her children, Jill (Dean) Orren, Julie Jensen and Michael (Rose) Kinney; daughter-in-law, Deborah (Roger) Elam; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
