Hubert is survived by his wife, Shirley Turnbough; daughters, Kandi Turnbough and Dawn Michelle Yopp (Jeff); sisters, Ruby Clark, Bulah Wise, Paulette McVay (Ricky); 4 grandchildren, Dustin Gibson, Jake Gibson, Nick Yopp and Tanner Marr. Services will be held in his home state of Arkansas at a later date.
