Jacqueline Allen, age 82, passed away on October 9, 2026. She was born on June 1, 1944, in Martinez, California.

Jacqueline married Jim on June 30, 1962, and together they shared a lifetime of love and memories.

Jacqueline was an avid animal lover who also had a deep appreciation for art and music. She especially enjoyed painting and expressing her creativity. Above all, Jacqueline had deep faith and love for her God Jehovah, and enjoyed sharing her hope with others.

In addition to her parents, Dale and Elizabeth Taylor, she is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Miller; and her brother's, Rodney Taylor, and Victor Miller.

Jacqueline Pearl Allen is survived by her husband, James Allen; Sister - in - Laws Linda Miller, Chino Valley, Arizona; Donna Chinoski, Henderson Nevada, her daughter, Annette Skinner and her husband, Chris, of Glenwood, Iowa; and her sons, Bob Allen and his wife, Kathy, of Norfolk, Nebraska, James Allen III and his wife, Leah, of Bonham, Texas, and Vance Allen and Nancy Leroux of Bellevue, Nebraska.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon Allen and his wife, Melinda, of Columbus, Nebraska; Charles Allen and his wife, Connie, Council Bluffs Iowa, Joelle Huntsberry and her husband, Mike, of West Virginia; Krystin Allen of Norfolk, Nebraska; Ben Allen and his wife, Crystal, of LufkinTexas; Naomi Oliver and her husband, Stewart, Bonham Texas; Elizabeth Allen of Texas; and Jacob Allen of Iowa, Zachary Brammer of Council Bluffs Iowa.

Jacqueline also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren: Liliana, Analiesa, Jaxson, Allison H, Allison B. Lucian, Mikayla, and Sayge; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 2601 South 10th Street Council Bluffs IA.
