Jacqueline Jackie Calabro

Jacqueline Jackie Calabro, age 83, of Council Bluffs passed away March 25, 2014 at her home. She was born February 1, 1931 to the late Lloyd & Helen (Lewis) Weatherill. Jackie retired in 2011 after a long career at Metro OB/GYN. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Calabro; sister, Yvonne Powell; brother, James Weatherill. Jackie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Connie & David Hicks; sister, Lloydette Carruthers; grandchildren, Trevor Hicks (Nycole) and Courtney Nardini (Kris); 9 great grandchildren. Visitation is Sunday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery followed by a reception in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Memorials are suggested to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
