James A. Marr

James A. Marr, age 73, of Woodbine, Iowa passed away December 8, 2014. He was born in Council Bluffs on September 2, 1941 to the late Edward & Madge (Belt) Marr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Colleen Hiers, Betty Hall, Irma Cozad and Elva Martinez; brothers, Ted Marr and Edward Dean Marr. James is survived by his daughters, Marilyn Marr and Sonja Bernklau (Mike); sons, James E. Marr (Jenny), William Dean Marr, Daniel Marr (Nicholas Jessen); sisters, Madge Cozad (Richard), Karen Roberson; brother, Charles Marr; 7 grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Friday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Saturday 12:00p.m. at the funeral home. Interment is in the Crescent, Iowa Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
