James Allen Rasmussen, age 62 passed away October 18, 2012. He was born in Omaha on September 28, 1950. He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dorothy (Dawson) Rasmussen. James is survived by his brothers, William ?Bill? Rasmussen and Robert Rasmussen (Kathy); sister, Lynn Otteman. Memorial service is Tuesday 2Pm at the Timothy House 1435 North 15th Street in Council Bluffs.
