James E. Bloom, Sr.

James Bloom, age 73, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital April 22, 2022.

He was born January 24, 1949 to the late Billy and Laverne (Lindberg) Bloom in Omaha, NE. James proudly served his country in the United Sates Army and retired from the United States Postal Service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Johnson.

James is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ariel Bloom; sons, James (Melissa) Bloom, Joseph Bloom, and Daniel Bloom; siblings, Steven (Laura) Bloom, Philip (Patti) Johnson, and John Bloom; grandchildren, Austin Bloom and Lily Hinkle; a host of other family and friends.

James has been cremated and there are no services.
