James Stewart

James "Jim" Thomas Stewart, age 73, passed away September 8, 2024. He was born February 22, 1951 to the late George Stewart Sr. and Evelyn (Bartimus) in Omaha, Nebraska. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oneta "Nanny" Wooten, and Thomas and Edith Bartimus; step-father, Lawrence Logan. 

James is survived by his daughter, Jill Stewart (John) Morris and their daughter, Ava Morris; daughter, Carla Stewart Colliers, and her children, Kirsten, Dakota and Austin; daughter, Mary (Charity) Kauphusman and her children, Jewels Hagedorn, Maximilian Hagedorn and James Hagedorn; brothers, George (Margarita) Stewart Jr. and Johnny (Sharen) Stewart; half- brothers and sister, Charles Logan, Lawrence Logan, and Tammy Larson; nieces, nephews and a host of other of family and friends. 

Graveside Service will be at 11:30 am on Monday, September 16, 2024 at Westlawn - Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
