Jason Kinney

Jason Kinney, age 57, passed away April 16, 2026. He was born October 4, 1968 to Jerry and Joy (Dueling) Kinney in Marshalltown, IA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in law, Kenneth Morris Jr.

Jason is survived by his wife, Melissa; children, Kayla Kinney, Beau (Mariah) Kinney, Makenna (Connor) Robey, Laraya Kinney, Eli Kinney; grandchildren, Raine Kinney, Barrett Kinney, Sutton Kinney, Dawson Fix, and Baby Robey on the way; sister, Jory (Michael) Rapp; brother, Jeff (Alison) Kinney; sisters- in-laws; Melinda (Antonio) Karam, Melena (David) Crumley; mother-in-law, Barbara Morris; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 p.m at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, April 24, 2026. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Inurnment at Saint Paul's Evangelical Country Church Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
