Jennifer J. Owens-Elliott

Jennifer J. Owens-Elliott, age 32 of Council Bluffs passed away November 17, 2013. She was born in Council Bluffs on August 19, 1981 to Ronald & Karla (McGee) McClelland. Jennifer graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1999 and then earned a Bachelors Degree from Buena Vista University. Jennifer is survived by her husband, Martin Elliott; son, Alexander Owens; parents, Ronald & Karla McClelland; brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Sarah McClelland; mother-in-law, Rebecca Elliott; niece, Kinley; nephew, Kolby McClelland; a host of other family and friends. A celebration of her life will be Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will receive friends during the hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. The family will direct memorials to her son, Alex.
