Jo Anne Tomanio

Jo Anne Tomanio, age 83, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on May 30, 2023.

She was born January 12, 1940, to the late Joseph and Irene (Webster) Foster in Gary, IN. Jo Anne worked for many years at Harrah's/Horseshoe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Foster; grandson Michael Hogan II.

Jo Anne is survived by her husband of 50 years, Michael Tomanio; children, David (Suzan) Frieze, Susan Hastie, Paula (Steve) Mowery, Michael Hogan, Brian (Trena) Tomanio, Debbie (Tim) Scott, Rose (Steve) Feazell, Mike Tomanio, John (Tori) Tomanio, Cindy (Cliff) Carruth; sisters, Irma James, Karen Strayer, and Cindy (Bud) Wright; 26 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private family services were held.
