Jordan Elizabeth Frazier, age 16, passed away on April 7, 2024 in Council Bluffs.
She was born June 5, 2007 to Johnnie Bright and Melissa Frazier in Hamburg, Iowa.
Jordan was preceded in death by grandparents, Lynne and Larry Frazier; and great-grandfather, Edward Bright.
She is survived by her father, Johnnie Bright; stepmother, Amber Tarr; mother, Melissa Frazier; siblings, Sarina, Sebastian, Caroline, Devon, Raiden, Trenon; grandparents, Billy Bright and Patty Newberry, Angie Bright, Karen Tarr; great-grandmother, Sue Bright.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
