Joy Nelsen, age 45, passed away February 20, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska.
She was born June 9, 1975 to Michael and Donna (Criss) Nelsen in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Julie Nelsen.
Joy is survived by her father, Michael Nelsen; mother, Donna Frank; son, Colin Nelsen; sister, Jill Wiese (Mark); grandmother, Helen Kern; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, February 28, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
