Joyce Emily Osborn

Joyce Emily Osborn, age 91 of Council Bluffs passed away August 10, 2012. She was born in Sioux City on August 22, 1920 to the late LeGrand & Jessie (Horton) Bowen. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Osborn; sister, Gertrude Carey; brother, Jack Bowen. Joyce is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald & Susan Osborn and Kim & Jann Osborn; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation is Monday beginning at 5:30PM with a prayer service at 7PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Graveside service is Tuesday 10AM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sioux City, Iowa. Memorials are suggested to Broadway Christian.
