Kelly (Herek) Dix

Kelly (Herek) Dix, age 46, passed away on February 4, 2026. She was born on November 27, 1979, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Raymond and Barbara (McAcy) Herek. Kelly graduated from Gross High School in 1998 and went on to earn her degree from Creighton University in 2002.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Herek.

Kelly is survived by her husband, Nate Dix; children, Josh, Lydia, Joey, Grayson; mother, Barb Herek; sister, Debbie Mass; father and mother- in-law, Mark and Jackie Dix; sister and brothers in-law, Abby (Ricky) Lindeman, Jake (Kellyn) Dix, Zach Dix; 8 nieces; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, February 13, 2026. The family will direct memorials.
