Kenneth McMullen

Kenneth McMullen, age 89, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life rich in love, laughter, and service.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathryn McMullen and their son, Mark McMullen.

He is survived by his son, Greg McMullen and partner Steven Sandoval; daughters, Linda and Scott McGregor and Trisha and Rudy Barajas; six grandchildren Katie, Laura, Keely, Christopher, Brendyn, and Marly; and three great-grandchildren, Bryson, Wesley, and Mila.

A strong and proud member of the Council Bluffs community, Kenneth built a legacy of hard work and service. He was the owner of McMullen Skelly Service Station, retired from the Iowa Department of Transportation, and was a founding member and former President of the Westend Optimist Club.

Though there will be no public services, Kenneth's family will Celebrate his Life privately. Memorials will be directed by the family.
