Larry Lee Peters

Larry Lee Peters, age 84, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital on May 25, 2026.

He was born November 18, 1941, to the late Orville and Laura (Cox) Peters near Woodbine, Iowa.

Larry graduated from Woodbine High School with the class of 1960 and then proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired from Vickers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Peters; brothers, Steven Peters and Carroll Peters.

Larry is survived by his daughters, Tammy Chisholm (Christopher) and Gina Smith; sister, Lisa Peters; grandchildren, Dakota Giese and Damien Smith; cousins.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, May 29, 2026. Entombment will be in the Ridgewood Mausoleum. The family will direct memorials.
