Linda Christiansen

Linda Christiansen, age 74, passed away November 25, 2025. She was born June 3, 1951 to Richard and Eunice (Sweetman) Dunaway in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Eric Christiansen; her in-laws, Clarence and Loretta Christiansen; and her grandparents, Ed and Clara Sweetman and Roy and Amanda Dunaway; nephew, Nicholas Nugent.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Larry D. Christiansen, and her children, Becky (Derek) Williams and Shane Christiansen. She was a proud grandmother to Dakota and Trevor Warden and a cherished great-grandmother to Jasper Warden, Aubrey Warden, and Hannah Warden; her sister, Sandy (Kevin) Nugent, and her brothers, Mike Dunaway, Dave (Cathy) Dunaway, Terry (Evelyn) Dunaway, and Richard (Nancy) Dunaway; niece, Diane Gatewood and Laura Whaling, and several nephews, Jim Dunaway, Corey Dunaway, Terry Dunaway Jr., Matthew Dunaway, Mark Nugent, and Mike Christiansen.

Burial will be held at a later date at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
