Lisa Yvonne Smykowski

Lisa Y Smykowski, age 57, passed away on Wednesday, April 22nd surrounded by family.

Lisa was born on November 10, 1962 to the late Patricia Clark. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs. Her greatest joy in life were her children.

She was preceded in death by her sister Carla and husband Steven.

She is survived by her son Jason Simons of Tempe, AZ; daughter Amanda Simons of Glendale, AZ; stepchildren Richard Smykowski(Megan) ; Stefanie Smykowski; Joelle Smykowski; grandchildren Briella and Isaac; sister Angela Bachmann (Randall); brother Doug Clark (Theresa) ; many nieces and nephews and friends.

A private family burial will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
