Mark E. Boughter

Mark E. Boughter, age 53, of Council Bluffs passed away May 7, 2016. He was born in New London, Connecticut on February 5, 1963 to Chris and Judith (Miller) Boughter. Mark worked as a safety manager at Clayco Corp. Construction. Mark is survived by his wife, Kathy Boughter; son, Daniel Boughter; step-children, Jerad Cook (Jolene), Amber Gibson (Jason), Dylan Neighbors, Blake Farrell and Benjamin Farrell; parents, Chris and Judy Boughter; sister, Lisa Boughter-Saporta; 6 step-grandchildren. Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with special remarks at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
