Mary Lou Janecek

Mary Lou Janecek, age 90, passed away at Midlands Living Center December 13, 2022.

She was born April 20, 1932, to the late Robert and Myrtle (Clark) Harstick in Norfolk, NE. Mary retired from Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Jerry Hoag and Kenny Janecek; great granddaughter, Eliza Janecek; husbands, Robert Hoag and Chester Janecek; brothers, Irvin and Raymond Harstick; grandson-in-law, Joseph Wientjes.

Mary is survived by her children, James (Denise) Hoag, Rob (Georgie) Hoag, Rick (Deb) Janecek, Betsy Wolf, Lisa Burns, and Ron Janecek; daughters-in-law, Debbie Hoag and Angie Lair; 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, December 16, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
