Mary Lou Neighbors

Mary was 74 years old from Council Bluffs. She was born October 14, 1951, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Harvey and Myrtis Williams.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Myrtis; siblings Judy, Linda, Joseph, Clara, Jane, and Alice; husband Tom Neighbors; love of her life, Jim Espinosa; and son Jim (Jimbo) Espinosa Jr.

Mary is survived by daughters Mary Ann (Mike) and Chris (Rick); son Tom (Heather); and her dogs, Rocky and Mika. She has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her lifelong friend of many years, Nancy Shaw, and many more family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, September 25, 2026. Cortege will leave at 11:00 AM for a graveside Service will be held at Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
