Meghan Renae Wurth Age 39 of Council Bluffs, Iowa sadly left us on November 29, 2023.
She was born November 26, 1984 to Barton and Diana (Phillips) Wurth in Omaha, Nebraska.
Meghan is preceded in death by her mother, Diana and brother, Jessie Ray Gerhardt.
Meghan is survived by her beloved daughters, Alexis Harriman and Savanah Anderson; fiance' and best friend, Terry Head; brother, Jerry Gerhardt (Missy) and Pepper Gerhardt (Niki Jurgensen) and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Meghan's Life will be held in her honor at 1:00 PM January 5, 2024 at Midwest Family Worship, 2540 6th Ave. Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
