Nathaniel A. Heinicke

Nathaniel A. Heinicke, age 35, passed away August 28, 2022.

He was born March 20, 1987, to Peter and Julie (Schuler) Heinicke in Warren, MI. Nathaniel graduated from Underwood High School with the class of 2005 and worked in information technologies. He was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Nathaniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Nadine Heinicke, Christian and Patricia Schuler.

Nathaniel is survived by his wife, Rebecca Heinicke; parents, Peter and Julie Heinicke; brother, Stephen Heinicke; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dan (Linda) Hanusa; siblings-in-law, Tom (Katie) Hanusa, Jennifer (Heath) Adams, Liz (Donnie Bloom) Roth, and Emily (Joshua) Fingerhut; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church - 239 Frank Street in Council Bluffs on Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m.
Funeral service will be at the church on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church or St. Paul's Early Childhood Center.
