Norma Jean Kjeldgaard

Norma Jean Kjeldgaard, age 94, passed away December 27, 2022.

She was born April 15, 1928, to the late Wayne and Nellie (Dilts) Jones in Modale, IA. Norma graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1946.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Kjeldgaard; brothers, Daryl Jones and Duane Jones; half-brother, Jim Polson; infant daughter, Mary Ann; infant grandsons, Christian and Derek Alba; great granddaughters, Mia and Chloe Morgan.

Norma is survived by her children, Kyla Alba (Bob Blatny), Janell (Mark) O'Connor, Carol (Loren) Short, and Darrell (Sue) Kjeldgaard; sister, Donna Hardiman; 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

It was Norma's request to be cremated and have a private family service.
