Paul Joseph Kelly III, age 21, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away suddenly May 18, 2023. He was born in Council Bluffs to Paul Kelly II and Christine McCloskey on March 20, 2002.
Paul is survived by his parents, Paul Kelly II and Christine McCloskey; sister, Daysha Kelly; grandmother's, Alma Kelly and Lorraine Lewis and many friends.
A Celebration of Paul's life will be Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at 1014 N. 26th St. Council Bluffs, Iowa.
