Philip W. Erickson

Philip W. Erickson, age 84, passed away June 1, 2015 at his residence in Council Bluffs. He was born January 25, 1931 in Rixford, PA to Manley and Svea (Bergehan) Erickson. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Frances Erickson; daughter, Janette Erickson; and his siblings. He is survived by his current wife, Janet Erickson; daughters: Joi Pool, Sheila (Tom) Bludau, Gail Erickson, and Evelyn Bankston; step daughter, Luanne (Michael) Autera; step son, Scott (Stacy Ring) Neal; 10 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be Saturday at 2PM at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with a luncheon to follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.
