Phillip is survived by his wife of 60 years, Luanne Heine; children, Donald (Jill) Heine, Carol Heine, Patricia Heine, Robert (Karol) Heine; son-in-law, Jerry Brunow; grandchildren, Sunshine Brunow, Joe Brunow, Brandy (Chad) Casson, Michaela Heine; Lauren Heine (Luke Sawtelle); special grandsons, Ke’Ante Carr, D’Angelo Johnson; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; siblings, Norman Heine, Irene Heine, numerous other relatives and friends.

Private Inurnment will be in the Omaha National Cemetery.
