Randy R. Elsey

Randy R. Elsey, age 64, passed away November 3, 2014. He was born in Bakersfield, California on December 12, 1949 to the late Walter & Patricia (Medlin) Elsey. After graduating high school he proudly served his country in the United States Army. Randy is survived by his wife, Barbara Tennigkeit; daughters, Rhandi Elsey, Jennifer Elsey, Molly Elsey; step-son, Bryan Brown; siblings, Bob Elsey, Paula Day, Gary Elsey, Kevin Hardison, Rhonda Gregory, Dena Bengson, Charlene Foster; a host of other family and friends. Memorial service will be on Saturday 2PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.
