Craig Bellah passed away on December 7, 2025 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. His life was marked by service, faith, and devotion to this family. Craig held a Master of Divinity degree and dedicated much of his life to serving others through various vocations. His professional journey included being a policeman, a stock broker, and a pastor. Each role reflected his commitment to justice, guidance, and spiritual headership.
He shared 33 years of marriage with his beloved wife Patty, building a life centered on love and mutual support. Together they raised three children: Jeremy (Wendy), Joscelyn, and Jason. Craig took great pride in his role as a grandfather to Diego, Lukas, Haley, and Eva. Craig is also survived by his brothers Mike (Charlotte) Bellah and Bob (Pete) Bellah.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Cecile Bella and sister D'lynn Stone. His memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew him and loved him.
Outside of his professional life, Craig found joy in football, fishing trips that brought peace and reflection, and leading or participating in Bible studies that deepended his faith and connection with others. May Craig's legacy of service and faith continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know him.
Craig was made comfortable in his last days by Jon Colunga and St. Croix Hospice.
