He was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Miki Lyn, brother, Russell Gillaspy of Neola, Iowa, Step brother, Tim Stoker of Oak Harbor, Washington; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
